How many Chizuru's are there? Let's count:
I purposely used Chizuru's '96 winpic to display her character more truly. Her '97 pics make her look all mid-aged and golden girls-like. Until I get the cool Maison Ikkoku Kyoko Otanashi Looking '98 winpic...
Chizuru is often misjudged by people. Most likely because of the type of attitude she displays in KOF '97 and the messed up winpic they gave her. She does have that cool calculating thing going on but she is not the type who wants to lead and save worlds all over the place (OK, one world once). Actually, she wasn't originally destined to have as big a part of it as it turned out.
All Kagura's are born as twins. Sometime in the 1980's (A time where Orochi must have been designed) her twin sister, the slacker who originally was supposed to have Chizuru's high-up-there roll in life was killed by Goenitz (while he was in one of his ruin-lives phases, ask Leona) and the old Chiz' took on the roll of her sister. Then the happiness list went down and the bad list went up as she was made aware that the world was in danger at the hands of Orochi because Goenitz is bored and wants to release him.
OK Chizuru, now it's time to play a game called "disregarding carefree childhood life and be prematurely introduced into the real world." Chizuru has to organize the KOF '96 to find either the ones who took out the crack-addict Rugal or someone who can defeat Goenitz. These wonderous souls turn out to be Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami, whose flames magically turn yellow during the fight. After Goenitz was "called away" getting orochi power becomes popular and so now comes KOF '97. Know one knows what happened then...
So had not Slacker Sister died in the '80s Chizuru probably would not be with us today. I don't know what will happen to the Kagura line though, Goenitz messed it all up and probably planned to do it all along. Chizuru, now with the role of being one of the three to seal orochi, has to reestablish the whole Kagura-thing. Dang it Goenitz, it's things like thins that screw up generations to where you end up having your savior instilled into the soul of a 14 year old boy...
Chizuru still has fun though. She goes to amusement parks (with new chums Mai and King), she mountain bikes, and does other things which make her have thast double personality which makes her so cool. A perfect example of how to sometimes disregard that troubled soul and be neat. Now Leona has no excuse to be such a butt...
What? Playing Chizuru Kagura? Advice? Abuse the uppercut. Oh, and abuse the uppercut. Team her up with either my personal favorite team(you'd better not), actually, team her up with Yamazki and Billy if you're a long range person. Remember, Yamazaki, then Billy, then Chizuru for maximum results. Try to throw out a couple of cronie copies and then follow up with an actual image attack, then do the annoying uppercut, heh heh.
