You follow Iago's pack down a river, until they lead you to a beautiful waterfall. "That is Cascade, the guardian of the waterfall," says Iago. She will show you the way to something very interesting." Then he leads his pack back the way you came.
You walk up to Cascade. "I was told to ask you the way," you say. She smiles and points up the river, but says nothing. "Thank you," you say, and she nods. You follow the river.
After a while, you no longer hear the roar of the waterfall, but you begin to hear the sounds of the ocean, and smell salt water. You walk out of the woods and onto a beach, then meet another guardian. "I am Padraigin, guardian of the sea," she says.
"Would you like to meet some of my friends?" You nod, and she introduces you to a mermaid that swims up to the shore.
"Hello! I'm Wavedancer!" says the energetic mermaid. "Come with me!" You climb on the back of a creature she calls to the shore, and dive underwater. Strangely, you can breathe and speak!
You slip off the creature's back and explore the caverns.
After exploring the ocean floor, you swim back to the surface.
Looking toward the now setting sun, you see a beautiful maiden walking on the water, as if bringing the tide in.
"Who is she?" you ask Wavedancer, who has swam up beside you. "She's Tidalis, the great lady of the ocean," she answers. Tidalis disappears over the horizen, and Wavedancer dives beneath the waves again. Left alone, you watch the sun set.
