Love, it can make you feel the Greatest Joy
and the Deepest Pain.
It can bring a smile to your face
and tears to your eyes.

make you powerless to deny its
EXISTENCE.

your world as you knew it
will cease to exist.

How could we have ever known
that we would fall in so deeply,
so painfully, with the one person
who could make me feel free and alive.
From the first moment we kissed,
my heart and soul belonged to you,
and you to me.
And yet, I sit here with my heart wearly
with love and with and emptiness in my soul
since the fates have chosen to keep us apart.

told the tale of the power of love shared,
the joy of its passion and the pain of yearning
when true love is denied.
when I think of you my love
and the force of my feelings
cause my words to fall short,
