Jade's Domain

You find yourself standing in a large room that looks as big as a queen's chamber. But instead of a queen, you see a large jade-colored dragon blowing her fire on an egg.

You scream.

The dragon stops blowing, looks at you, and laughs.

"Jade?" Warrior Monica calls, running into the room. "Everything all right? I heard a scream, and then-" She stops speaking to the dragon, when she notices you, and ajusts her staff, as if to attack. "I thought I warned you not to harrass the dragons-" she starts, but then the dragon cuts her off.

No need for that. The human was not harrassing me at all. I believe that this person has never seen a mother dragon blow on her egg.

Warrior Monica puts her staff down in embarrassment. "Oops, forgive me. Sometimes I get carried away. . . Did you come to Impress?" When you nod, she continues, "Well, these are called Mystery Dragons. The eggs are always white, so you'll never know what color or gender your hachling will be. They come in every color, or design imaginable. No two dragons have ever had the exact same color, although they're all shaped the same. The dragons love to be named according to their apperances. Take Jade for example. Her name matches her color."

She stops, and Jade continues, My mate was abused by his companion, and eventually died. I was left with about a zillion eggs to raise. So when I heard of this Sanctuary, I moved in here. If you are wandering why I was blowing on this egg, earlier, it's because the hotter the eggs are, the healthier the hatchling will be.

"If you Impressed, and your dragon finds a mate, then you, and the other dragon's compaion must both email me to confirm it. When two mates have a clutch, both get one egg PERSONALISED! This means, if the mommy wants twins, she gets twins. If the daddy wants a star tatoo, he gets a star tatoo. Sound cool?"

One more thing, Jade adds. She hands you a piece of paper.

Rules

• You must have a page with no adult material.
• Your dragon must have its own Domain with dialog. The better the Domain, the prettier the dragon. (I will give you one week after you fill out the form to set up a Domain.)
• You cannot steal, or alter my graphics an any way. I drew, and scanned them all by myself!
• You must have an obvious link to https://www.angelfire.com/la/princessmonica/adoption.html in your domain.
• Jade names these dragons. Do not rename them unless it's a personalized egg for cluch-parents
• If you can't care for your dragon, please send it back for re-adoption! We don't want what happened to Jade's mate to happen again.
• You can Impress unlimited amounts of Dragons. All the Mystery Dragons can live in the same domain.

Stages of Growth:

• Egg: While in its egg, the Dragon forms physically according to its surroundings. For example, if it is in or by water, it will most likely be light blue. If it's by fire, it will most likely be red. Then again, it may form totally different....
• Hatchling: When they hatch, you get a first glimps of what they'll look like. But, as they grow, they may or may not change in apperances. So don't expect anything.....
• Wingling: This is the period where the Dragon learns it can fly. It'll try to go way to high, and its wings will tire. This is THE time to find a mate!
• Dragonet: During this time, the Dragon will spend most of its time with its mate. If the mate is younger, it will spend its time waiting for it to grow. If it does not have one, it will be depressed....
• Adult: This is the stage when the two mates will marry and have a clutch. Each parent will get an egg while the rest come to Jade for adoption. Only the Dragons know how many eggs were in their clutch. You don't have to worry about the rest. If your dragons don't have mates, then you can give them a job.
