For that's the time former Carlsberg-MUM Top of the Pubs champion Alex Peters plays.
The guitarist, has become quite a household name among followers of the local pub scene. Known as the "one-man-mega show" he has been in the entertainment circuit for over two decades and has taken the roles of composer, lyricist, singer and sound engineer.
Alex, has been quite busy writing and composing his own material and has come out with a unique sound which is a blend of music from East and West.
He took a five-year break and made a surprise comeback in April 1997. During the five years he managed to put together a 50-minute tape.
One of the songs that's a crowd favourite is Steve's Ragga, a combination of black funk and Indian music.
Those interested in listening to his performance, can do so every last Thursday of the month at The Merchant Pub.
