Temporary Lodging for Children helps over 4,000 children and youth a year. They have 7 programs that aim at providing help
to children (ages infant to 18) and their families.
1. They provide Foster Care
2. Adoption.
3. Shelter home services for children who are abused, neglected and/or abandoned by their parents.
4. Youth Crisis Services for youth who have run away from home or been pushed out of their homes (24 hour hotline

5. Services to children who have mental health issues to keep them at home instead of being placed in mental health
institutions.
6. Case management for youth who are at risk for crime and/or truancy from school.
7. Services for first time youth offenders to keep them from re-offending again. (Status crimes like purchasing alcohol and
tobacco under age, driving underage, skipping school, etc)
