Chapter 36

CHAPTER 36

2 days later Faith was released from the hospital. That same day...
"Kevin, I don't feel so good..." Christina muttered, slightly pale.
"It's probably just another false alarm, don't worry" "Kevin, I am 2 weeks overdue, and I think this is serious! It's not like all the other times..." Christina trailed off, beginning to get angry with her husband. "ok, Ok, I'll go get the car. Meet me out there as soon as you are ready."
"I am going to call Blair and Brian, I want Blair there because she's my cousin, and I know you want Brian because he's your cousin, I'll be out in a sec." 45 minutes later...
Kevin, Christina, Brian and I were alll at the hospital. Christina was in a room, and we were all talking to her in there. Just then the nurse came in and told Chris the doctor would be in in a second to check her out. We left, the doctor came in, and 5 minutes later they were wheeling Chris out on a stretcher.
"O God, not her too!" Kevin whispered.
"What's going on? What's happening??" Kevin begged the doctors urgently.
"She's going to have to have a C-section. No complications, but the baby is in backwards, and we have to get it out this way. Very common, don't worry. Routine procedure." the doctor said calmly. Kevin walked into the room and left Brian and I to ourselves. "Do you realize how much time we have spent here in the last month?" Brian murmured. "I hope she's all right..."
30 minutes later...
Kevin came tearing out of the operating room to tll us the baby had come.
"We have a Daughter!! I AM A FATHER!!!" Kevin yelled. "What's her name?"
"Tiffany Antoinette Richardson!"
"Can we see Christina?"
"Follow me" We entered a hospital room to find Christina lying in bed, looking tired.
"I called everyone else, they should be here soon," I told Christina.
"Great"
"I can't believe I'm a mother!" Christina whispered in awe.
"Tiffany... I can't wait to see her!!" Kevin said. "Let's go look in the window at her!" Brian exclaimed gleefully. With that, Kevin and Brian raed out of the room like a couple of schoolboys.
