Five minutes later the ambulance came. Sara hopped into the back. "Excuse me ma'am" The woman in the ambulance said holding out her hand. "Are you immediate family to this young lady?" "Ya I'm her sister!" "Ok you can come" "Ok now get going! My sister just got hit by a car, she ain't gonna live forever w/o medical attention!" The ambulance speeded away.

"Hey Brian, its Nicole" she said crying. "Whats wrong? What happened?" "Maria got hit by a car!" she answred. "Oh gosh" he said starting to cry. He hung up the phone and rushed to the hospital.

They all sat in the waiting room waiting for some kind of news and when they can see her. Finally the doctor came out. "Ok I have some bad news, right now she is in a coma, no telling how long she'll be in it, coud be anywhere from minutes to days, maybe even months." "Months?!" Amy stood up and said. "Yes, but for now she can have visitors. Would anyone like to come in and see her?" "You wanna go Sara?" "No, Brian, you go first, she'll want you there more." The doctor broght him into Maria's room.

He walked up to her as tears started to build up in his eyes,he grabbed her hand and started to talk "Maria, I dunno if you hear me, but you gotta wake up. Do it for your friends, your family, do it for us, and the baby. We just found each other, you can't leave me now." By then he was fully in tears, then he walked out of the room. Sara then went in to visit her sister.

"Hey sis, your gonna pull through right? I hope so. Cause if not, I'll have no one to talk with, no on to fight with, one to drive around" she said forcing a small laugh through her tears. Just as she was approaching the door to walk out of the room she heard something. "Sis, is that you?" she heard a hoarse voice say. About 10 minutes passed then the doctor came back. "Well how is she?" They asked in unison. "Well, she has a few broken ribs, a broken arm, during the tests we discovered that shes pregnant" there was a gasp from her friends. "Well, the baby is fortuantly still alive and healthy, and she keeps asking for a Brian, is that any of you?" "Yea thats me" Brian said stepping forward. "Come this way"

"Brian? Is that you?" "Yea it is sweetie" he answered. "What happened?" she asked. "You went and got hit by a car." He said jokingly. "Geez that was stupid" she said then laughed. "So how are you?" "In pain" "OH CRAP WHAT ABOUT THE BABY?" she shouted. "The baby is fine, alive and healthy, straight from the doctor's mouth" "Oh good" she said in relief. "When can I go home?" "Well you just came in, and I'm not a doctor so I dunno" "I wanna go home now, can I go home with you?" "Sure but not now, you have to stay longer" "But why?" she cried. "You don't love me do you?" "OK thanks a lot" he said as the doctor gave his g/f a shot. Brian walked out of the room with worry on his face. "What's wrong?" Amy asked. "She went crazy on me, it was the anesthesia, the doctor says she'll be able to leave tomorrow or Friday, she wants to come home with me" "Are ya gonna let her?" Nick asked.
