Written by: Danny Crenshaw I find myself wondering and searching again
It could be the flutter of a butterfly
It seems so far away these feelings
My skies and my soothing winds
Whispers in the sand
Yes...I leave behind all my possessions
Maybe just whispers in the sand to you
As I take this opportunity
Maybe just whispers in the sand
Whispers in the sand
I would like that
Whispers in the Sand

A time about me...one hard to touch
About a reason to feel again
A reason to feel this much
Or a whisper I heard in the sand
And may have been a story I heard
About two loving each other again
I feel today as I do
Am I alone when I do these things?
When I wonder these things I do?
They always talk to me in whispers
Singing this tune
To so many out there...to others
Take me back to another land
A land reaching for my soul
And everything that's grand
And I leave behind all my aggressions
To go beyond those whispers
To find what beckons and taunts me
In the night...
But to me it may be my day of reckoning
Another reason for living and passing on
Another day of remembering
To follow my destiny
I will pass on to you as I leave
My soundless remembrance of me
They only call when you listen
Only maybe for a little while
Can they shine...or may they glisten
Can take you anywhere you want to go
And just maybe today
I will whisper before I go
And it might sound to you and me
Quite lovely like..
