It's Mardi Gras.  Ok well it was and I promised some pictures for my friends.  I've also made movies but I'll need to compress them before I post them.... Who wants a 15 Meg download for a 30 sec movie? hahahah

And I must sadly inform you that while there was a flasher right next to use in New Orleans, I was unable to get any footage.  You'll have to go the  collegehumor to see some Mardi Gras flashers

Ok here we are at Endymion.  This is one of the LARGEST parades in New Orleans.  It is renowned for its amazing Maids.  .

In New Orleans, the streets become so packed that people have taken to bringing ladders to the parades.  I grew up in Houma, which is south of New Orleans and I never saw a ladder at a parade.

Ok now we zip over the a Lockport parade.  A much smaller, and more local parade.  You won't find any ladders here

The floats are a lot less dressy but the parade is still very fun
