My Hanson Experiences!
My personal experiences with the adorable Hanson brothers!
August 7, 2000:
On August 7, 2000 I attended a taping of the Jay Leno show. I had the absolute BEST time at Jay Leno! Guess what?I MET HANSON AGAIN! Tay remembered me from the time I met them 3 years ago at the taping of "Meet Hanson"! He looked at me and said, "What's your name again?" and I said "Amanda" and he said, "Exactly!! I'm terrible w/ names, but your face looked so familar. ITZ great to see you again!" They are great guys! The best was when I hugged TAY! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! LOL. It was absolutely amazing.
August 8, 2000:
On August 8, 2000 I attended Hanson's sold out concert at the Wiltern Theatre. I went to Ticketmaster at 5:00pm that day to try and get a better seat one last time, cuz I had an ORCH W seat, which is like 23 rows back. The guy told us it was closed to Ticketmaster and only the Wiltern Theatre could sell any remaining tickets. I had just given up hope when my Dad rememered about the V.I.P. Tickets across the street. So, we go down there and guess what?! I got an ORCH EE, fifth row center, seat! HANSON were GREAT! I made the "I Love You" sign language to Tay and he made it back to me! He smiled and waved many times. It was the best concert ever. Some highlights were their cover of "A Little Piece
Of My Heart" by Janis Joplin, and Zac's
performance of "Lucy". Since the Wiltern Theatre is
so small it was a really nice and intimate concert.
Everyone sang along to such Hanson favorites
as "MMMBop", and "If Only". During "If Only" and "In
The City" special guest John Popper of
Blues Traveler made a surprise entrance to the
stage and played harmonica. It was awesome! He is
very talented. Here's a list of all the songs played

A good time was had by all, and Hanson proved once
again their amazing gift of music. They are back and
better than ever "This Time Around".
