As I surely do not assume Down The Jazz to win the New Yorker and become the first Triple Crown winner for the greatest game on the Internet;   SIMulated Sports Horseracing. In fact this is a great time to win against him, he is not Sharp going into Saturday's race. For a 3yo horse to win a Grade I event without the benefit of being Sharp, to me this would surely take great qualities. Maybe Jazz will show that he really does have a "Red Cape" on Satuday ......... LOL!!
I wrote these chronicals for all to read and enjoy and in hopes that newer players and players that are not really involved with the Triple Crown races could have a closer account of what they are all about. One thing I hope everyone appreciates is the fact that how close all of Down The Jazz's success in this Triple Crown series came to not happening at all. If Down The Jazz had not have turned Sharp for the John Wooden, I surely wouldn't be writing this to you now.
Just as in real-life and more so in real life, hopes and dreams for your horse can be gone in an instant. Somethings that are in your control, such as a decision, or other things that are out of your control, such as a change in a horses temprament or health. Both can keep you from where you would like to be with your horse.
I wish Good Racing to everyone racing this Saturday.
Good Racing!!     To everyone who has a horse running in the New Yorker.
