Supposedly in April of 1987, the initial Glass Spider tour rehearsals were performed in New York and this is a recording of these sessions complete with between song discussions. Several songs performed on this title were dropped before the show opened at the end of May. The last few songs are not sung by Bowie (probably sung by one of the backup singers).
