I Love DOC.
Q: Donna why DOC and not Charlie?
A: I don't need to have normal eyes, but what I want is the wow look of DOC.
There is nothing on Charlie that I don't like better on DOC. Charlie is like the safe, financially stable brother who finished college and DOC is the Brad Pitt beauty who never played it safe and was always full speed. I'm just sorry my girl cycle was so mixed up that there were no puppies. Realistically, I like everything better on DOC. He's way more my type of dog. I've always had a term stuck in my head that described the perfect male to me: "a stallion of a dog". That's what I like to look for. It can't be just structure. The attitude has to be there. DOC has both.
The only thing better about Charlie in my opinion is the eye check. Donna Morgan

2009 starts our out and it DOC has moved to tied with another collie for #5 in UKC Top Ten Herding Dogs.
2010 February DOC has INJURED himself; He has ripped his dew claw and ruptured the joint capsule, he has been on total moderated activity and is quite a lot of pain when trying to play, run or gait, which now as calcified.
We were able to get a few photos of him, gaiting at a reduce speed as I can't believe I won't see him fly anymore. Nov.2010
I remember the first time I came over - I had parked out front and you were letting Doc and Charlie out together and I was caught in a trance watching the two of them run side by side up the middle of the front yard and then each go a different direction. I knew then that I wanted one of your collies . . . and now I own two!!!
