I agree that this is a binding contract between myself and Charissa's Custom Designs. I agree that I have made a deposit equal to 50% of the total price of my garment in the amount of $___________ so that the designing of my garment can begin. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable. I also understand that once my order has been placed, if designing of the garment has begun, the order cannot be canceled. If I cancel my order before designing has begun, I will receive only a credit towards a future order, not a refund. I also understand that once designing of my garment has begun, no changes can be made to color, style, etc. I understand that the balance of my order is due upon completion of my garment. I understand that I have 30 days from the date the garment is completed to pay the balance due or the garment becomes sole property of Charissa's Custom Designs and will be posted for sale. Charissa's Custom Designs is not responsible for improper fit of garments due to improper measuring. I understand I am ordering a custom design and that all sales are final. I also understand that full payment must be made in the form of cash, check, money order, bank cashiers check or paypal. If payment is made via paypal, customer is responsible for all paypal charges. If payment is made via paypal e-check, my garment will not be released until the e-check has cleared the bank. If my garment must be shipped, I am responsible for all shipping charges. These charges will be included in the total price. I understand that if I send a check my garment will not be released until 7 days after receipt of the check.
