Chatta
Chatta is a pixie, bonded with Flora. Chatta talks, and talks often, sometimes just rambling on about seemingly nothing. Among other topics, she often bugs Flora about finding a boyfriend, but she doesn't seem to mind much, unlike Stella, who seems to get annoyed with her more easily.
Chatta speaks with a very precise accent, leading one to believe that she may have had speech problems when she was younger, and overcompensates now by very deliberately annunciating her words.
