Right across from Shooters, it’s where Boog called for a cab, their last night out. The always fabulous Waldorph Astoria hotel in New York City, where the final scene takes place. Kagome's Tokyo A shirt Kagome could have sent to Boog as a gift, cause we all know she'd love it and wear it with pride. Ayumi, Kagome’s mom is OCC, but here she’s a real person. After all how many mothers would let their 15 year old run wild with Inuyasha? I think my portrayal of her and Kagome’s grounding add to the story. Oh and did I mention there’s the final confrontation between Kikyo and Kagome? Can’t miss that! Home
Boog is loosely based on all of my good college roommates. She is not a Mary Sue, just a funny character meant to represent everything Kagome has experienced since she left Inuyasha in Tokyo. Maxine is a based on a woman we met in a hospital during a difficult time. She was a complete stranger who approached us then told us everything would be okay and God didn't want us to worry. She knew everything. I never found out how she knew us. And she was right, everything was okay.
