Here's what you do.
When you have a *.psp in your tubes folder, double click it to open it on your workspace.
Go up to "File", "Export", "Picture tube."
In your "Cells across" it will say 1, leave it.(see*****below)
(Unless your tube has more than one cell. In this case, I just have the 1 Angel..so I leave it as 1)
In your "Cells down" it will say 1, leave it. Type in a name for your tube in "Tube name", hit "OK."
Now click on your "Tubes tool"
(If your tool box isn't open, open it)
Scroll up to find your newly "Exported" tube!!
Close your opened gif on your "workspace." Hope that helped ya.

*****In a case like this, you would change it to 2 cells across and 2 cells down. Its according to how many little pics you have going across and down as to how you set your cells.

Another problem you may have.
If you are making a tube and trying to Export it, you may get this message.
This may or may not fix your trouble...go up to Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
Or you may try going to Colors, Increase Color Depth, 16 Million Colors.
