We inclose you an execution issued out of the superior court of the Territory against Wm Hazlett & Leonard Claiborn for Seven Hundred & Sixteen dollar & Eleven cents with costs $34.99/100. You will please put it into the hand of the Sheriff & see that it is immediately executed. We do not intend to suffer any delay as we have been very ill treated by those men. To that we request your particular attention.
Mr. Dan C. Haragan, who asks for us, will write to you respecting the business of the contract.
