Fire Apparatus - State of Idaho

All of my images of Idaho fire department came from Tetonia County, just over the stateline from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Aerial or A-1 is kept at the main station for Tetonia County in Driggs, Idaho. This engine is a 1974 Ward LaFrance telesqurt. First I have ever come across.

One of the oldest pieces still in service with the Tetonia County VFD is this Chevy seen here actually leased to the town of Alta, WY. Alta is on the western side of the Teton Mountains and Driggs is the closest town in the area.

A 2002 Ford is used for a quick attack/brush truck of the Tetonia County VFD.

A very nice tanker is seen here in Driggs, ID. Its a 2004 FireVac/KW. Note the barn in the background. This area is mainly farm and ranch land with all the million dollar homes of movie stars sprouting up everywhere.

Still sporting its previous owner's name, Jackson (Hole, WY) FD, this 1965 Ward LaFrance is still in pretty good shape. Its located at the city of Tetonia station.

Located in Tetonia, ID, just down the road from Driggs is this FireVac/Ford tanker. The chassie is a 1994, but the body is a 1998.
