After weeks of work Sabrina had given Miguel's site a major overhaul. Proud of her work she was ready to show her boss. However..

Sabrina:[looks over at his desk from hers] Where the heck is that guy? He's usually here by now either driving me crazy or singing some crazy song out of the blue.[makes a face] I actually miss being called Ms. Sabrina.[turns and calls out] GROOVY!!!

Groovy:[pops up suddenly next to her] Oui?

Sabrina; Have….[stops and looks at Groovy for a bit] Since when do you speak French?

Groovy: [winks at the reader] Since the writer ran out of cute opening phrases for me to say.

Sabrina: Whatever, listen.. have you seen Miguel today?

Groovy: Nope and it seems I won't all day today either.

Sabrina: Excuse me?

Groovy: You're excused.

Sabrina; I mean.. [slaps her forehead] forget it. FUNKY!!!! [nothing happens] Geez I expected her to pop up suddenly.

Groovy: [again winks at the reader] Nope.. the writer thought that was as played out as parachute pants.

Sabrina: ANYway.. do you know where she might be?

Groovy: Yes I do, she's in her studio doing her DJ thing.

Sabrina: And that is?

Groovy: Follow the vibrations.. THAT WAY!![points down the hall]

Sabrina:[gets out of her chair and walks out] Worth a try I guess.

Sabrina walks down the long narrow hall towards the sound of thunder. The closer she gets the louder the sound gets. Finally, she sees a door that seem to vibrate like mad. She opens the door and gets blown back by loud music blaring. Funky is at her turntable and equipment mixing music. Sabrina tries her best to walk towards her.

Sabrina: Funky?! Have you seen Miguel? [Funky does not hear her over the music] Funky!! Can you hear me?! [Funky sees her and looks at her] Have you seen Miguel?

Funky: WHAT?!

Sabrina: Have you seen Miguel today?

Funky: What?!

Sabrina: [makes a face then takes a deep breath] HAVE YOU SEEN..[Funky turns down the music] MIGUEL TODAY!!!!!

Funky: [shudders]Geez.. no need to yell.

Sabrina; Grrrrrrrr. Listen Funky.. have you seen Miguel?

Funky: Yeah about this high[holds her hand a few inches higher than herself] wears Chinese shirts, tiny little specs on his nose, a white tiger? Kinda meek and naïve in a cute way?

Sabrina: You know what I mean.[crosses her arms] Have you seen him?

Funky: Nope, sorry.

Sabrina: Gee, [becomes concerned] I wonder where he could be?

Funky: First of the month, it's his time.

Sabrina:[looks at her very cross] That's disgusting not to mention way off.. he's a guy.

Funky: Get your mind out of the proverbial gutter, I mean it's his day to catch up on all the sleep he's missed. Probably at home catching 40,000 winks.

Sabrina: Oh, say Funky?[plays nervously with her hair] is it true he doesn't sleep much?

Funky: [nods] I think the whole city of Seattle gets more sleep than he does.

Sabrina: Poor guy. Well I was going to call him but I guess I better not.

Funky:[takes her headset off] He'll be in.. later today.. trust me.

Sabrina; Well if he's sleeping, there's no need for him to come in. Say Funky?

Funky: [takes CDs out of her equipment] Funky.

Sabrina: Ha funny. You're really a DJ?

Funky: Are you really a skunk or did you accidentally walk under a freshly painted fence? Coarse I am!! You think I dress like this cause I like to? Well yeah but that's no excuse.

Sabrina: Well I think that's cool, you don't hear much about female DJs.

Funky: Yeah I know.. but I'm better than any guy, it's my passion. However I love dancing just as much. So I try to combine both, I mix my music and when I perform my music plays and I dance. Sigh. I love the limelight.[puts her headphones back on]

Sabrina: I'd love to see one of your shows.

Funky:[eyes her] That so.. well then [hands her a flyer] tonight at 7. Just tell then you're with me.. and you'll get in free.

Sabrina: Um well I.

Funky: PUMP UP THE BASS!![she turns up the music again and blows Sabrina out the door] SEE YA SABRINA GIRL!!!

Sabrina gets up slowly and sees the door vibrating once more. She dusts herself off and shakes her head as she heads back to the office. A bit later she is at a canvas painting. Just then Miguel walks in yawning. She turns and sees his white tiger self walking in, in his usual black Chinese shirt, his tiny specs perched on his nose and his black jeans.. except now he looks half asleep.

Sabrina: Hey there tiger.

Miguel:[half asleep] That's original.

Sabrina: Still cranky.. even after sleep I see. [goes back to painting]

Miguel: [walks over to her and peers at what she is working on] What's that you're painting?

Sabrina:[looks at him and smiles] It's you. Got kinda bored.. doing nothing.. I finished the site mind you. Wanna see it?

Miguel: Already did.[stretches] I check my site everyday.

Sabrina: Oh.. did you like it?

Miguel: A MAJOR.. no.. 4 star general improvement!!

Sabrina: Oh good glad you liked it![goes back to painting]

Miguel: What was this again?[looks at it]

Sabrina: It's you.

Miguel: I thought you despised me?

Sabrina; I do.. but this is a kinder gentler you. See he has a smile.

Miguel: That's not me.. not at all.

Sabrina:[looks at him] Why do you say that?

Miguel; Well I don't have a stripe on the center of my forehead.

Sabrina; Huh?[looks at the painting and then him] Hmm. Oh well.. [paints a stripe on his forehead] there you go.

Miguel: [shoulders droop] I should have seen that coming.[Sabrina smiles and goes back to work. Miguel grabs a brush] You know I will get back at you for this.

Sabrina: No you won't. [looks at him and blinks with both eyes] I know you're too kind hearted. [breaks out laughing] Okay I know you don't have the guts to.

Miguel:[draws something behind her while he talks to her] Yeah well I MAY surprise you, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Sabrina: [still painting] Yup.

Miguel:[puts the brush back] I guess so Oh well you keep painting there Ms. Sabrina,[shot pans down to Sabrina's bottom where Miguel drew the apple symbol ] and remember "think different"

Miguel sits quietly at his desk a few minutes later when Sabrina storms in. She glares at him so badly that he actually feels her piercing stare on the back of his head. He turns and looks at her.

Miguel: Something wrong Ms. Sabrina?

Sabrina: You think this is funny?![turns around and shows him the apple ]

Miguel:[blushes] Well.. no.. I'd say it's more of a breath taking..

Sabrina: You know damn well I'm talking about the apple you put on me!![gets in his face] It's on now!!!

Miguel: Um well..[takes off his black shirt and ties it around her waist] there.. that any better?

Sabrina: NO!!! just wait.. I'm going to inflict the ultimate revenge on you.

Miguel: Bring it on. [goes back to work at his computer]

Sabrina:[storms out] I'll show him.

Sabrina walks down the hall and into the bathroom. There she sees Funky exiting a stall. She runs up to her and surprises Funky.

Funky: Yikes okay it's all yours.. take it!![gets out of her way]

Sabrina: No. Listen… I will take you on your offer and I'll see you at the club tonight.

Funky: Hey that's great!![washes her hands] Glad to hear it.

Sabrina: Yes well.. I need an excuse to get out tonight. This should be fun. [much later Sabrina pops back into the office and sits next to Miguel and stares at him] You know..

Miguel: Not really?

Sabrina: [looks away] That goes without saying, [looks back at him] listen.. I'm going out tonight to see Funky perform. Well I know a gal who need s a date.

Miguel:[looks up from his work and looks at her] Yeah?

Sabrina: Yeah.[puts her leg up on the chair and wraps her arms around it] She's cute.. sweet, has white hair. She'll come to your place, if that's okay?[looks away and grins wickedly]

Miguel:[sweating bullets] I..I got no problem with that.

Sabrina; Very well[gets up] See you then.. or rather she will.[walks off]

Miguel;[pale] I… can't feel my legs.

And so later that day.. Miguel waits in the dark seating in his chair in his living room. Then the doorbell rings. Miguel looks up and walks over to the door. Stubbing his toe.. then turns on the light and reaches the door. Miguel opens the door and sees Sabrina standing there. He starts to sweat big time.

Sabrina; HIIII!! You ready?

Miguel: G..g.. (swallows hard) guess so.

Sabrina; Great.. here's the gal I told you about.

Tabitha: HIYA!!!

Miguel leaps out of the way as he sees a cute but rather loud young skunk. He looks at her then look up at Sabrina again.

Miguel: Um…

Sabrina: Thanks for babysitting, now I can go see Funky at the club. Seeya!![walks off then looks back] Enjoy my brilliant revenge.[laughs and leaves]

Miguel: That girl. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. She vexes me so!! Such a worthy adversary, she matches me blow for blow.. and she DRIVE ME OUT OF MY MIND WITH SPITE!! [leans against the door and sighs] What a woman.

Miguel closes the door and takes a deep breath. He turns and looks at this small skunk girl in pigtails and a cute little dress.

Miguel: [looks down at her] And who are you today sweetie?

Tabitha; My name is Tabitha! Who are you?

Miguel: My name is Miguel, I'm a friend.. [winces] I'm your big sister's boss.

Tabitha: Mikail?

Miguel: No.. but if I were Russian that would work.

Tabitha: Cyndaquil?

Miguel: No, that's a pokemon honey. How about you just call me Mike.

Tabitha: Can I call you Mikey?

Miguel: No one.. not even my mom calls me that. Sigh.. but okay.

Tabitha: Mikey, do you hate Sabeena?

Miguel: Right now, with all my spark's might?

Tabitha; Huh?

Miguel: Nothing.[kneels down next to her] So.. um… what is it you do?

Tabitha: Huh?

Miguel: Well.. I've never taken care of a small child before.. well except my little bro Matt. But girls are new to me.. then again I usually just leave Matt in front of the TV and get work done. Hmm what does you sister do with you?

Tabitha: Sabeena gives me to someone else so she can do stuff.

Miguel: I figured that.

Tabitha: [takes his glasses off and puts them on herself] YAY!! Look I'm Sabeena.

Miguel: Don't do that.. you'll hurt your eyes.[takes then back and set them back on his nose]

Tabitha: You got tiny glasses.

Miguel: I only need them to read.. and I do a lot of that so I leave them on.. that and I'm too cheap to replace them if they get lost so I leave them on.

Tabitha: Pika! [shows him her toy]

Miguel: Chu. Hmm… [goes into his closest and brings a big box] Pika pi![motions her closer]

Tabitha; Chu?

Miguel: [turns over the box and tons of pocket monster beanies come pouring out] BELLSOM!!! [makes his freaky looking pocket monster dance] Heh… she's a big hit at parties.

Tabitha; WOW!![digs through them] You gots of stuff.

Miguel: I'm a collector, can't help it. I collect tons of stuff.

Tabitha: [gets Pichu and holds it like a baby] Toys?

Miguel: [sits down on the floor] That and videos, zippo lighters, comics, and art work. I don't know why but I do. Maybe my grandmother's a packrat.

Tabitha: Don't you play with your toys?

Miguel: Well some I do.. but others I don't.. Matt gets mad because I have all the cool toys but he's not allowed to play with them.

Tabitha: But.. what else do you do with toys? They are for playing with.

Miguel: Yeah I guess, But I mean I'd like to, but .. well come with me.

Tabitha puts down her toys on the sofa and follows. They go into a room that has walls mounted with water guns. Tabitha looks around and jumps for joy.

Tabitha: WOW!!!! Let's play!!

Miguel: No.. I just collect them you see. We never had guns like this when I was a kid. Suddenly they came out with huge big powerful weapons of mass soaking. [ fills one up and shoots over Bumblebee] Anyway I doubt you brought a swimsuit, so we can't.[notices the gun isn't in his hand anymore] huh?

Tabitha: SQUIRT!!![shoots him in the eye]

Miguel: [dries his face] Okay.. fine give it back or..[ shoots him again] Okay.. that's..[shoots him again] It's on now!!!!

Tabitha runs out of the room with another gun. She holds it under water in a fish bowl til it fills up and then looks towards the door.

Miguel: You're done for.[walks out with a huge water cannon]

Tabitha; YIKES!!![runs off shooting at him]

Miguel opens fire on her and Tabitha is drenched in just a few hits. She falls on the floor and gets hit again. She pouts and looks up at him.

Tabitha: NO FAIR!!! I fell down!!

Miguel: Oh, I'm sorry[walks over] Let me help you u..[Tabitha blasts him with both guns]

Tabitha: [runs off] HAHA! Catch me!!!

Miguel: You ARE Sabrina's sister!!! Eat blazing soaking hydration!! [Miguel opens fire soaking everything in the room]

Meanwhile, Sabrina has arrived at the club. A bit nervous she goes to the bouncer outside. He glares at her and her heart sinks into her stomach. She shows him the gold flyer and she is let in. She enters and feels and hears the loud music playing. It's a rather dimly lit room, but on the stage is Funky putting on a show with great music, amazing dance moves, and one spectacular light show. Sabrina approaches to the best of her ability as the loud music blows her back. Finally the music stops and she manages to get to the front of the crowd. There she waves and funky sees her. She helps her up stage.

Funky: For a second I didn't think you were coming.

Sabrina; Well wasn't hard to find this place, I just looked around for the only building that was swaying. Anyway you put on a good show.

Funky: Well I know I can believe you, mostly guys mean another thing when they say that.

Sabrina; Um.. it's the outfit.. trust me.

Funky: Maybe. But let's try something.. wanna give it a try?

Sabrina;[turns pale] Your outfit?

Funky: NO! Performing.

Sabrina: Um no.. I better not.[sweating and playing with her hair] I'm not much of a singer or dancer. Really, besides it's YOUR show.

Funky: Right and I get to say who goes on.[pushes her towards the front of the stage]

Sabrina;[waving her arms in the air madly] NOOOOOO!!!! I can't!! I'll make a fool out of myself!!!

Funky: Heh I know.

Sabrina: [sweating like mad] Please Funky.. don't make me do this!! I'm begging you!!!

Funky: Easy girl.. trust me it's fun.

Sabrina: [flushed] Why do I wish I had stayed home with Tabitha?

Speaking of the devil or rather what Sabrina would consider as such. Tabitha sneaks around with her two guns looking out for Miguel. She looks around and can't find him. Suddenly she looks up and sees a shadow covering her.. the shadow of a huge water balloon.

Tabitha: [close up on her face] Oh dear.

A huge wave of water sweeps over everything soaking all in it's path. When the water subsides Tabitha sits drenched from head to toe. She spits up water and looks up seeing Miguel standing there.

Tabitha: No fair. NO FAIR!!!

Miguel: Yeah sorry guess I went too far.[stands her up] Boy that was fun.[looks around and sees everything wet and them standing in 3 inches of water] Heh good thing I had the foresight to unplug anything electrical.. or we'd look like June bugs in a bug zapper. Well guess we better clean this place up.

Tabitha: Awwwwwwww okay. [jumps and splashes water around]

Miguel: [reaches into a closest and pulls out a shopvac] Guess mom can foresee things too. I wondered why she got me a shopvac? Step a side little one, unless you wanna get sucked up too.

Tabitha: EEEK!!! [hops up on the sofa. Miguel begins vacuuming as Tabitha sits and watches] I wonder what Sabeena is doing right now?

Glad you asked that little one, cause at that very moment.. far off your sister is doing something you would not believe. The scene changes to the club where the music is blaring loudly as Sabrina is dancing around stage while Funky keeps the music pumping.

Funky: Turn around!!

Sabrina: [sways back and forth] Every now and then I know you'll never be the boy you always wanted to be!!

Funky: Turn around!

Sabrina: [dances and spins a round] Every now and then I know you'll always be the only boy that wanted me the way that I am!

Funky: Turn around.

Sabrina: [bobs and weaves to the music] Every now and then I know there's nothing in the universe as magical and wondrous as you!

Funky: Turn around!

Sabrina: [sways side to side in a hopping motion] Every now and then I know there's nothing any better, there's nothing that I just wouldn't do!

Funky: Turn around bright eyes!

Sabrina: [wraps her arms around herself] Every now and then I fall apart!

Funky: Turn around bright eyes!

Sabrina: [bobs and weaves from left to right again] Every now and then I fall apart!

Funky:[punches a few buttons on her console] Turn around BRIGHT EYES!!

Sabrina;[raises her left arm in a slow scooping motion as she strikes a pose] Every now and then I fall APPPPPAAARRT!! [sways to the music] And I need you more tonight!

Funky: [changes the colors of the lights behind Sabrina] And I need you!

Sabrina: And I need you more than ever!! [swings her hips and bobs around to the music] And if you only hold me tight, we'll be holding on FOREVER!! [moves her feet in a running in place motion while punching] And we'll only be making it right!! [spins and twirls across the stage] Cause we'll never be wrong..[lights on many colors blink sending cascades of hues across Sabrina's face and body] Together we can take to the end of the line.[hops around dancing] Your love is like a shadow on my all the time!

Funky: All the time!

Sabrina: [dances around as the lights change her color many times] I don't know what to do, I'm always in the dark![dances in a running in place motion] Living in a powder keg and giving off spark!![sways with her arms wrapped around her] I really need you tonight.. FORVER'S GONNA START TONIGHT!! FOREVER GONNA START TONIGHT!!!

Funky: Once upon a time there was light in my life now there's only love in the dark.

Sabrina: [moves her arms out in front of her away from each other] Nothing I can do.. a total eclipse of the heart!!!

Funky: Once upon a time I was falling in love, now I'm only falling a part!

Sabrina:[stands with her arms wrapped around herself] Nothing I can do, a total eclipse of the heaaart!!

Music fades as the light so leaving a heart behind her, which slowly darkens. The crowd roars and cheers as Sabrina bows and then runs off stage like mad.

Funky: [waiting for her] I'm impressed girlfriend!! You're not half bad!!

Sabrina: [hopping around frantic] Oh my god I thought I was going to die but then man it was like a huge surge of energy came over me and like I couldn't control myself like the music just took over my body and oh man that was the best rush I've ever had and..[Funky hands her a glass of water which Sabrina slugs down in one gulp. Much calmer now] Whew thanks.

Funky: Don't mention it.

Sabrina:[sits down] Man.. that was so cool. I didn't think I had it in me!!

Funky: Heh yup always a big scare the first time, but the rush is always the same.

Sabrina: [hears the crowd cheering] Wow I think they want more.

Funky: No better not. The same rules apply to crowds that apply to men. Always leave them wanting more. Come on let's take a break.

Sabrina: Cool. Man..[wipes her forehead] I could use a breather.
