This old Duron 900mhz machine
downloaded bit torrent files,
surfed the internet, and did chat & play games
for 30 days without a rest.
The P2-350mhz lost video output while
attempting to burn an ISO image to CDROM.
After 37 days and about 12 hours the machine was
rebooted to re-gain video output. After reboot
the machine had no problems burning the ISO file.
The P2-350 is running Nividia drivers, and like most
of my machines, through a 4 port KVM switch.
After 101 days the P3 powered Dell GX150
was shut down and moved to it's new home.
This machine is small, quiet and less ugly
than most desktops.
The little Dell sports P3-933/256mb RAM/20GB HD.
I would like to thank N.S. power for clean
uninterrupted power all winter long.
On a side note: NS power was the orginal owner
of the Dell machine.
The Athlon machine was shut down after
40 days and 40 nights for upgrades.
A 250GB hard drive was added for increased
storage space, while testing of the onboard
graphics chipset(SIS 741) has concluded.
Although onboard graphics was good enough
for full screen video even at 480i...the
GeForce FX5200 AGP card adds power and OpenGL.
