VERBAL WARNING
Is a reprimand given verbally calling the attention of the employee on the offense and a stern warning that a repetition will be dealt with more severely
 
WRITTEN WARNING
- Is a written notice calling the attention of the employee on the offense committed and a warning that a repetition will call for more severe penalties.
SUSPENSION
- Is a temporary physical detachment of an employee from service for a designated period of time without salary. The duration of the suspension shall be determined by the gravity of the offense committed.
DISMISSAL
- Is an involuntary separation from service. A dismissed employee forfeits all his benefits and privileges without prejudice to whatever legal action the company may take against him.
