- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The idea for this originated from a large piece of sculpture - slightly verging on environment art, idea that I had formed from the song "Ny Batteri" by Sigor Ros. The title translates as "New Batteries". And the translation of this eerie song is so poetical and wonderful. The idea for the environment sculpture piece was just too huge, and too hard for me to implement, that I had to leave it at a few sketches and drawings and ideas. I hate how sometimes you really can't make your idea's of art into reality. I avoided doing the face, and this is a male also, and from the seemingly only female life drawing classes I've had, I had to just guess it from what I've seen already, and memory is a horrible thing for me to work off - since mine is so atrocious.
