I have recently added the dhcp patch to this site. If you aren't linking here from the dhcp-server at isc.org mailing list, then you probably don't know what I'm talking about.

In a nutshell, I have a patch for enabling the ISC DHCP server to run in the CYGWIN environment under WinNT/WinXP (I haven't tested Win2K).
