If thoughts occur to me on the 407 History, I type them out in Goals and Choices. If I hear things from my peers, again into Goals and Choices. Goals and Choices is the workhorse of all these projects and not the end-product. Goals and Choices captures the design decisions that are made or not made. The Process Narrative-Sketch captures how the composition came into being and illustrates that the writing process does not occur within a vacuum sitting at a computer monitor and a keyboard typing away. The Process Narrative-Sketch also captures the names of people and things/artifacts that inspired the Communication Objective response.

Considering much of what I am creating now, eight years after these communications were created, it's Goals, Choices, and the Process Narrative-Sketch that jogs my memory of the purpose of these objectives and how they were created. Had I not made these recordings as well as I had, it would be difficult to near impossible to account for the creation processes of these objectives including the conversations that occurred in a social context contributing to the objectives. As odd is at may seem, this is "Technical Writing" and recording "History," a "History of 'this' Space: The Shipka Spaces Spring 2006."
