My thoughts in the "Shipka Spaces" become a systematic exploration of "Space without Bounds." I am constantly "thinking" of what to create in Blackboard posts, transferring data to fellow historians, working on my own Historian projects: the UMBC Food History, the UMBC Culture History, the Re-patent, the OED, participating in Peer Presentations. All of these project plans revolve in my head at the speed of thought. "Flying at the speed of thought" is a stanza re-contextualized from poem "Up the Down Escalator" and "Thinking is the best way to travel" from the Moody Blues song " The Best Way to Travel."

Note the different seating arrangements of the Shipka Spaces. ENGL 324 has the traditional flyer formation probably because its a class of 24 students and also the 300 series indicates its a course for Juniors or third year students. ENGL 493 is a Seminar Class, a capstone course before leaving the University, taught in a space that is more of an Executive Boardroom arrangement with a huge table in the center. ENGL 407 is the most interesting because it is taught in a similar Flyer Formation type space like ENGL 324 but because there are only 15 students in this class, people tend to congregate in groups of people they are comfortable with.

This is just an observation.
