Hey! Your browser doesn't support Frames!
Hello Everyone,
We're back ! And this time , for real.
This website is now re-launched with a new look and feel, as well as a new
purpose. We will now focus more on the 'community thing' than just being there
for all you Linux users out there.
This message serves two purposes:
1) to apologize for not staying up, keeping in touch , updating the site, and so on.
2) to announce that we will no longer carry any kind of 'weekly' stuff. We just cant. We are
(a) under'staffed' (b) overloaded (c) under pressure and (d) the site is still under construction.
3) to tell you guys that we are all still alive and well and kicking , we haven't quit , we will never quit.
( Okay we may slow down a bit , its so hard to come up with ALL the website content! )
4) to ask you to contribute SOMETHING to us... comments , criticism even!
Anyway , back to the future .... we have a C/C++ 4 Linux tute coming up, not to mention a PHP 3(atleast) one, followed by a Comprehensive coverage of
Linux installs (RedHat, Debian, Mandrake , SuSE) ... by all of us.
The shell proggy guide is up .. go get it! You will need it to do some cute
and interesting 'automation' at your console.
( Admin freaks , wake up and
smell the coffee ! ).
We'll follow it up with a small jig on the system, stuff about the file system
and kernel, files, and other system enlightenment(no pun intended!).
And expect some stuff about administration, Samba, IPchains, etc, much, much
later.
Oh , and by the way, did I forget to tell you that we also have small 'Tips & Tricks' and "Help!" sections here? Well, I told you now!
