- After you have the right person, the right place and the right date, there are other things you have to concern yourself with! Such as the bridal party and the food!
- I would suggest thinking about the bridal party that you want for you big day first. Talk to your fiancee about how many people you would like to have in the wedding party. We decided to have 4 guys and 4 girls in ours. You may want more, you may want less.
- Once you have decided how many people you want to have in the bridal party, you then have to decide who you want in the bridal party. Start making a list of all the people you would like to have in it, and then decide who you would like to have in it the most. These are people that are going to be in a lot of professional pictures. You will have to see them every time you open up your wedding album. Keep that in mind when choosing.
- Once you have decided, take the time to talk to each person individually and ask them to be a part of the biggest day of your life. Most will be flattered and honored to be in the wedding, however, be prepared for those who say no.
- Food is a very important thing to think about. Do you want to have a plated dinner, or a buffet? We ended up picking the buffet, as our friends and family have different tastes. One likes meat, one doesn't. We ended up going for three big course meals, roast beef, pasta and fish. We then had vegetables, clam chowder, potatoes, etc. This way, everyone could take as much, or as little as they wanted. It worked out best for us, however, you might like a plated dinner more.
- As I can't think of anything more to say about this subject, I am going to stop here and figure out what more to say and then come back, so I am still under construction here! :)
