8/24/05 - Site Updates, and Second Blogger
Just a little update. I've added information on the
Dalmatian on the breeds page, and fixed the Breeds and FAQ pages to indicate
that the Jack Russell Terrier HAS been confirmed by the Nintendo Kennel Club. I
have also added HHWOwner, the owner of
HandHeld World, to the Canis
nintendae blog! He said he should be getting his copy of Nintendogs later today,
so look for his update late today or tomorrow. - Blinky

8/23/05 - Canis nintendae New Layout Launch
Coincides with Nintendogs Release
After hours of tinkering with graphics and HTML, the
new page layout for Canis nintendae has launched! For a little while I wasn't
sure whether the site would look as I had envisioned, but here it is! Nothing
extraordinary, but leagues above the old design, since I actually took the time
to design something nice rather than trying to smash all the content together in
one interlinked blob. =P I know this is a considerably late update, and normally
I would wait to post it for tomorrow, but how could I resist coinciding the
launch of my site's new layout with the release of Nintendogs? If anyone finds
any broken links or images, please email me and let me know.
I have replaced the "Nintendogs Registry" section with a "Blog"
section. I myself will be writing in the blog once I get my copy of Nintendogs,
and, since Blogspot has this nifty "Add Members" feature, I can add other people
to the blog's "membership" so they can blog their Nintendogs experiences as
well! So if you want to write a blog about your Nintendogs there, send me an
email and we'll see. =)
For Nintendogs news, Nintendogs has officially been
released! WOO! Not all stores will have it today, but by Thursday the vast
majority of stores should have Nintendogs on their shelves. I would recommend
calling around to check if your local stores have the game and/or when they
expect to get it in.
As for me, I will be getting my copy of Nintendogs on
Wednesday. So expect to see my first blog Wednesday evening. Hopefully I'll be
able to take pictures to go along with my blog. It depends on the quality
actually... If I can't get any half-way decent quality pictures, I might not
post any.
