*Chapter's 1 through 5*
~~Chapter 1~~
I woke up to the sound of the phone ringing, I picked it up.
"Hello?" I said drowsily.
"Hey Belle, What's up?" said my best friend Briana.
"Nothing much, just trying to sleep."
"Oh,sorry I woke you up, but I'm really bored." she said.
I knew what was coming, so I said, "You wanna come over i suppose, right?"
"How'd you guess?"
"I guess I'm gifted!" I said.
"Okay i will be there in about an hour, K?" " Alrighty" i said! " Bye Belle"
"Bye Bri"
I got up quickly to take a shower. When i was finshed I asked my mom what the weather was
was like outside. She said it was really hot for mid-June so i pulled on my jean
shorts and my light blue tank top. Then I pulled my hair in a pony tail.
Then I looked out my window and saw Bri walking across the street on her way over. I heard her open the door
say hi to my mom in the kitchen and hug my little sister Julia (I call her
Jules)! She ran up the stairs and into my room.
"Hey Bri" I said.
"Hey Belle. SO, what do you want to do today?"
"I have no clue!" I said.
"Hey do you want to go to the Pizza place?"
"Sure" I said, I'm starving!".
So i finished getting ready and quickly made my bed and grabed some money off of my dresser. We went down stairs to to tell my mom
where we were going. I said goodbye to Jules (Jules wouldn't let go of Bri's
leg-- she loves Bri!) Finally, after a few minutes of tugging, Jules let go, but not until after Bri had promised to play with her later. Then we went to Bri's house to get her money. I
played with her little brother Bailey, while Bri ran upstairs to get her money. Then walked down the street together.
" Hey guess what?" Said Bri. "The Hansons are coming back for a whole month!!!!"
"Really? Good we have so much to catch up on, it's been almost a YEAR! I miss them so much!!"
"Me too! They called last night and told my mom. They should be back in a week! I can't wait!"
~~Chapter 2~~
As Bri and I walked down to the pizza place I was starting to become in a
better mood, knowing that my other best friends would soon be home! Bri and
Ike have always had a special relationship cause they are close in age, and
Ike has always liked Bri (as more than friends) but Bri just wants to be
friends with him. Me and Tay have a special relationship too, because we have
the same b-day. March 14th to be exact. It was a couple months ago, but
unfortunatley they were away (usually our families have a big barbacue together),but this year Tay DID call to wish me a happy b-day!! We
both turned 14. The other 4 of the Hanson kids, Zac, Jessie, Avery and Mackie are all great kids too! We love them to pieces and we babysit for them often. Zac hangs out with the big kids aLOT cuz he's 12, and doesn't really NEED a babysitter anymore. Besides, he's REALLY funny, AND hyper, which keeps US on our toes!!!
Finnally, me and Bri got to the the Pizza place and sat down in our regular
booth, got our food and sat down. The owner of the Pizza place is named Larry
and he always starts making our food when he see's us walking down the street
cause we get the same thing everytime (Ziti for Bri, Chicken for me!)!!
When we were done, we paid Larry, said "goodbye" and we went back to Bri's house. Her mom had to go grocery
shopping so she asked Bri and I to watch Bailey. Well Bailey loved this idea
he never left my side the whole time (except for when we put him in for his nap). He is so adorable!!! Her mom said she
would be gone a couple hours cause she had other stuff to do so we decided to
watch a movie (after Bailey was in bed of course). We choose Scream. When the movie was over and half the people
in Sydney Prescotts life were dead, We heard the garage door open. So we went
out to help her mom with the groceries.
We decided that Bri would sleep at
my house tonight. You see, Bri and I sleep at each others houses
bascially every night (at least during the summer) because we each have 2 beds in our bedrooms. Actually, Bri has a bunk bed (she always gets the top, and I get the bottom). We couldn't last night, though, because it was Jules birthday
and I had to go out to eat with my family. But, if we can't sleep at each others
houses, it doesn't matter because we both have window seats in our bedrooms that look right out into each
others rooms so we sit there and talk for hours, until we fall asleep on our
window seats! It's fun, and we tell eachother everything!
Anyways, so we went over to Bri's house to ask (actually TELL) her mom our plans, and we ran upstairs to her room to pack. Soon we were back at my house in MY room listening to our Best friends album "Middle Of Nowhere" and talking about HOW excited we were to see them again! It was about 3:00 in the moring when we finnally fell asleep!!
~~Chapter 3~~
The next morning I woke up to the sound of little kids giggling outside. I
jumped up to my windowseat to look out the window. I thought the Hansons were
home early but I had no such luck. It was Jules and Bay playing out side
while our moms watched them on Bri's deck. I jumped off the window seat and woke
Bri up(She could sleep through an earthquake)!! We got cleaned up dressed, grabbed a pop-
tart and went out side! As soon as our mothers saw us, they quickly stopped
talking.
"Somethings up." said Bri.
"Definitely."
We both Figured it was nothing and went over to play with the our sibs.
The six of us (our moms, siblings, and us) ordered Pizza for lunch, and ate it out on the deck. Soon
it was time to go home.
About a half an hour past when i was sitting in my room listening to the
Hansons CD when i heard the Garage door open. I look out my window and saw the
Black Volvo pull in to the Garage i raced down stairs to see my Dad! I never
really see him cause he's always at work! The second he
came through the door i gave him a big hug!! (I Guess you could say i'm a
Daddy's girl).
Since daddy isn't home very often, and we barely see him, we decided to go out to eat at a fancy resturant down town! My mom called over
to the Jenkins to see if they wanted to go, they did! We decided to meet at
the resturant at 7:00! Bri came over so we could get ready together (We had to dress up cause it
is really fancy)!! We did eachother's hair and makeup and we both looked GREAT!
When we got there, Bri and I had to sit at a seperate table with the little
kids, but we didn't really mind cuz we love our siblings to death, and we knew our parents wanted to be alone! It was really late when we
got home, and Jules and Bay fell asleep in car.
We decided to sleep at my house that night, so I could be with my dad for as long as he was home!
Days went by, and the day before the Hansons were to get home, Bri and I were at her house
babysiting our sibs(while our mom's went shopping), and it was rainy outside, so we were stuck INSIDE! We were all
about to die of bordom when we decided to make cookies. We all made sugar
cookies in the shape of ourselves! It was really fun! Mine came out really
bad (I'm an AWFUL cook) But Bri's came out pretty good! And you can probaly
guess how Bay's and Jule's came out!
By the time we had finished, it was time for Bay and Jules nap. We put them both in Bay's room (he
has Bunk beds). Then Bri and i went in to her room to talk about our best friends
coming home! We were so excited, you don't even know!!!
~~Chapter 4~~
Later that afternoon, after Bri's mom had gotten home, we were outside on Bri's front steps eating Ice Cream sandwiches. We were debating whether or not to take a swim in Belle's pool. We were just about to get our suits on and we saw a white van coming down the street. It didn't even click that it could have been the Hanson's because they wern't due home until at least morning. Then, the van stopped in front of us and our best friends jumped out! We were BEYOND excited. We gave ALL of them hugs (including Diana and Walker), we were so happy. Our mom's must have saw the van because they came running out with Bay and Jules in their arms! We had SOOO many questions to ask them, they must have been so overwhelmed.
We decided that we would all go over to the Hanson's house in an hour (to give them time to un-pack a little). So, me and Bri decided to go swimming now, while we wait. About 30 minutes later, we were about to get out of the pool and dry off to get ready, but we heard someone coming. We looked over at the side of the house and saw Ike, Tay and Zac dressed in their swimming shorts. They must of finished their un-packing early. We swam for another 20 minutes and decided to take a walk. So, we all went to our own houses to dry off and get ready.
Fifteen minutes later we all met in front of Bri's house. We walked for a while talking and laughing and just basically catching up on everything that we've missed. Zac was his usual funny self, and made us all laugh so much. I didn't even realize how much me and Bri have missed out on without being around our 3 best friends. It was great to be laughing and having a great time with them again.
We had been walking for about 45 minutes and we were all really hungry. We decided to take our traditional walk down to the pizza place. We ordered a large cheese pizza and got a pitcher of Coke. We sat down in "OUR" booth in our "regular" seats. Bri and I on one side and Ike, Tay, and Zac on the other. Bri sat across the table from Ike and I kept noticing how Isaac kept looking at her funny, and they were playfully kicking each other. They were were amost… FLIRTING. It was kinda weird because Bri was so set on only being his friend. I think Tay and Zac started to notice too because they wouldn't stop laughing, and we all had to try not to make too much of it…
~~Chapter 5~~
After eating, we decided to go to the Hanson's house to catch up
on what's happened in the last year. We all sat on the bunk bed in the boys'
room. Bri and Ike sat on the top, Taylor and I sat on the bottom, and Zac
sat on the floor, or paced around the room. They told us about going on
tour, seeing the world, and all of the screaming fans. Then we told them
what we'd been up to lately. Then we started to plan what we were going
to do while the Hansons where here.
"It's only 7:00,"Zac pointed out. "We could still do something
today."
"Like what?"I asked interested in what he might have in mind.
"We could go dancing."Ike suggested.
"There aren't any dance clubs around here though."Bri pointed
out.
"We could go ice skating."Zac suggested jumping up,"I think I saw
a sign advertising the opening of a rink near here on our way in!"
"They only have private parties around this time of the day."I
told them.
"We couldn't go when everyone else goes anyway!"Taylor pointed
out. "We'd get mobbed, so it'd be better to go now!"
"So it's settled, we're going ice skating."Ike confirmed, jumping
off the bunk bed. Everyone nodded in agreement. "Let's go tell our
parents then."
Ike helped Bri down, and then we all went downstairs. Their
parents told us to be back by 11:00, so we called our moms and informed them of our plans. We all climbed into the car (Ike drove) and
headed to the rink.
No one had rented the rink for that night, so we were able to
rent it. The lady at the cash register did get Hanson's autographs though.
We laced up our skated, and climbed onto the ice. Ike imediatly took
Bri's hand and pulled her around the rink. Zac took off after them. Tay
and I just stood there watching them chase each other around the rink.
Then Taylor turned to me.
"Do you think that there might be something between Ike and Bri?"
"It looked a little bit like they were flirting back in the pizza
place."I pondered. "There might be."
I shrugged, and then Taylor pulled me out onto the ice and we joined
the chase. Zac finally caught up to Ike and Bri, and all three fell to
the ice laughing. Taylor and I sketed over and helped them up.
"You guys ok?" Taylor asked.
"Yeah" they all replied, laughing.
We decided to take a break so that Bri, Ike, and Zac could dry
off. The three headed back to the bathrooms, and Taylor and I headed over
to the video games. Taylor pulled out a big bag of quarters and told me
to help myself. Taylor headed to the soccer game, and I headed over to
the car racing games. A little bit later Zac came out, grabbed some
quarters, and headed over to the pinball machines.
After a while Taylor came up behind me. He watched me finish my
game, then he suggested that we go see what was taking Bri and Ike so
long. We told Zac where we were going then we walked over to the
bathrooms, rounded the corner, and found Bri and Ike......kissing. Taylor
and I turned around and went back to the arcade games.
"Did you guys already check on them?" Zac asked, not looking up
from his game. "That was fast."
He glanced up when we didn't answer. He stopped playing and
asked, "What's up?"
"We checked on them." Taylor started, "And we found them."
"They were Ok." I said.
"They were kissing." Taylor finally blurted out.
Zac's mouth fell wide open, and he just stood there staring at us
like we were crazy. Then Ike and Bri came in.
"We have something to tell you guys. "Ike said as they came over, "Bri
and I are..."
"We know." Taylor cut him off smiling, "Congratulations!"
We decided soon after to go back to the rink and skate a little
longer before curfew. We turned on some music this time. Ike and Bri held
hands and skated around talking the whole time. Taylor, Zac, and I
practiced skating backwards. They both got it down, but I just couldn't
get it.
When it was time to go, we all climbed back into the car and drove
back to the Hanson's house. We made plans to meet up the next day for
lunch at the pizza place. They said that they had to practice in
the morning, and we'd meet them there at noon. We said goodnight, and went home to go to bed. Bri and I slept at my
house again.
