An EEAC tradition continues:

The Hypothetical Season 5 Wish List

Okay, we all know that Early Edition is over. Truly though, no one wanted to see it end. Syndication is a blessing and a kiss of death, not to mention the network the show was on is now getting ratings off a show that’s Lord of the Flies meets the former host of Rock and Roll Jeopardy. (This coming from the person who watched the afor mentioned show. See what working register does to your brain!?!)
Where was I? Oh yes, the hypothetical Season 5.

What’s done is done, but what would YOU have liked to see in fifth season?

Send your wish (Please refrain from wishing for the show to be back on, I KNOW THAT’S EVERYONE'S WISH!) to:

Stick “EEAC Wish List” in the title! (And remember, these are being PUT UP ON THE WEBPAGE. Remember that!)

This year I’ve been getting an overwhelming response to the Wish List. Thank you for your wish!

From James Coulter, wishing for a episode with more closure:
gary needs a job because of slow buissness at bar. so gary applies for
position at news paper. and lands job as keeper of the archieves when the
former person dies. thus completing the circle between lucious snow and
himself.

That is twisted, and still not as evil as how I always felt the series had to end.

From Rachel and Her Friend in Texas:
I guess one of our "wishes" for an episode has
kinda been that him and Marissa hook up. He
cares for her so much and she has always been
there for him, during the whole paper ordeal, and
the paper doesn't seem to mind her being around.

You and a bunch of other people. Unfortunatly, I’m not one of them.

From Kelli:
I would like him to kiss more, if he likes it.

Yes, but kiss who?

From Dollene, Keeper of Gary's Reeboks:
I would wish that Gary could find peace with the paper and find a woman
who had the same nature as him. Someone kind and giving who didn't have
a tie me to the desk job where she could help him with the paper so he
didn't have to carry the load all on his own. Someone who could be
there to support and help him from more than just a friends standpoint.

Ah, yes. I shall put you on the Hypothetical Fifth Season Writers List.

From Shani:
1-2 more episodes highlighting
Marissa and Emmett; also better plots (ones where you
feel inspired not merely entertained). Idea: would it be useful or not for "Paul
Armstrong" to enter the secret circle of those who
know about "Gary's paper"? What about "Molly" and
Ramon at the paper comparing notes about Gary, but in
the context of a really dramatic episode ?

Sounds like it would’ve flown. I’m adding you to the list as well.

From Kemmae:
I would've liked for Gary and Marissa to share a little romance before they killed the show.

Gee, that’s sounds familiar...

As an addendum to the Wish List, I would like to add that the EEAC tribe has spoken, and they have apparently voted CBS off the island for canceling the show.
