Yes Korfball Un-officially met the gentle art of Golf on Saturday May 2nd, in the first Sunshine of the year. Six of the clubs most inept players showed how easy it is to transfer their lack of skills from the courts of our fine club to the grassy fields of Keele Municipal Golf Club.
The only shadow on an otherwise beautiful sunsoaked day was the missing form of Jon 'Hacker' Hertbet. (pictured above)
Indeed many of the crowd had shown up merely for this purpose and were disappoined not to be rewarded with Signatures, Hairbraides and the mass of other freebies which acompany this all-round Golfer.
