Screeching Weasel - Punk Rawk Gods

Screeching Weasel....I have some sort of sick obsession with them. I was introduced to the rawk in 1995 by the illustrious Brian Moore. He threw "How to Make Enemies and Irritate People" into my CD player, and my life was never the same.........
Screeching Weasel doesn't contain much musical talent. Their music basically consists of the same three chords played over and over. (Which is the case with most psuedo-punk, but I'll save that for another day) The thing that gets me into them is their lyrics. Ben really knows what the fu*k he's talking about.
One of the best albums SW ever made was WIGGLE. This deals largely with the fact that the lyrics in some of these songs are AMAZING. (It's all in my Head, Slomotion, Hanging Around, Going Home) This seems to be the angriest album that SW has put out..and I dig it.
Another great album that Screeching Weasel made is "My Brain Hurts". This seems to be the general favorite SW album of most people that I talk to. It's not as angry as Wiggle, but the lyrics are just as good. They pick you up, slap you in the face, and knock you the fuck out of your chair. Or at least I think so. My favorite songs on this album are "Making you Cry", "Slogans", "What we Hate", and "My Brain Hurts". Rawk.
Ahh exciting news for me is that as of late I have became friends with Ben himself. They put out an ad for a chick to be on their next record (coming out in the summer) so I responded. Months passed, and Ben chose me to be on the picture disc. It's a real groupie thing to do, but I dont' care. It's all in the name of PUNK RAWK fun.
Last month sometime I went to Philly with some dude named Garman and we got Weasel tattoos. I had been talking out my ass about getting one of them, but I never acted on it. Out of the blue we decided to do it. It was crazy. Mine is on my lower back and his is on his arm. He still owes me $50 that I lent him, but I doubt that I will be seeing that any time soon.
Well that's all for now kids. Keep on RAWKIN! - -mAry AnArchy

This is a picture that I pasted my head on some other dude's. Isn't it painfully obvious?

"Every day that passes it gets easier to walk off and it seems all right. And every day another person I used to call my friend just disappears from sight. Now I see that I'm alone just like I was from the beginning and I think maybe that's the reason I'm not hanging around."
