| Handmade in Osage Orange, with an inlay of Ebony. The tamper is polished and buffed with Carnauba wax. The base is silver. Osage Orange is also called Bodark, Bois-d'arc and Bowwood. It is golden yellow in colour when freshly cut, becoming russet brown upon exposure, and has a high lustre. It is found in the Southwestern United States. 3 7/8 inches (98 mm) high.
