Chanting is beneficial to us for several reasons. One: it can help us go into a trace state; Two: it serves as a psychological trigger that puts us into a magickal mind-state; Three: it helps us raise and focus power.
These are chants that will help you with the above. Use them in ritual and record you successes (and failures) in your BoS. If you find that one in particular helps you a lot, you may want to copy it into your BoS.
