Like Joey, Katie is a tomboy, and admits that like Joey,she has made a lot of mistakes, but has not endured the trajedy Joey has.(Joey's mom died of cancer, her dad's in prison). Katie got into the acting buisiness while in New York City attending a modeling convention. An agent saw her their, and convinced her to go to Los Angeles to try acting.
