Description
Panic, paranoia, and general madness prevail after a US Army plane, carrying a deadly bacteria, crashes near Evans City. The bacteria gets into drinking water, transforming the locals into killers. When the army arrives to save the few remaining sane citizens, they're met by a highly hostile and confused populace. Like NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (another Romero film), The Crazies relies on a lot of gore.
