BODY BAGS is another of those short stories films, that contains 3 tales of horror. The first of the tales is the best, a story of a garage with a deranged killer who has taken the place of the manager, and has the storekeeper as his next target, but she gets the better of him... The second is of a man who is paranoid about his thinning hair, and goes in for surgery that will give him long flowing hair, but at this point, he doesn’t know that the hair is made of alien snakes which feast upon his brain... The third is a little boring and is about a baseball player who looses his sight in his best eye, and has the eye of a serial killer transplanted to his head, and then he begins to imagine killing his wife...
The most interesting thing about this movie is the fact that it stars Wes Craven (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Tobe Hooper (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), John Carpenter (Halloween), and Sam Raimi (Evil Dead), and even though it is directed by some of these brilliant horror minds, only the first of the stories comes near to being good.

The high point of Body Bags is the inclusion of Buck Flower, famous for his role in Back To The Future as Brad the Tramp - ‘crazy drunk drivers’. He makes his appearance in the first story as a tramp - obviously the only role he suits. Also see Brad the Tramp in ; The Drive in Massacre, Psycho: The Bates Motel.
