Story

A killer, Jack Frost, is being taken to be electricuted when the van taking him crashes into a genetics research truck and he gets covered in some gunk which lets him bond with inanimate material, and he 'melts' into the snow. Later that week, a snowman maraculously appears in the garden of the arresting officer, and not long after, it goes on the rampage, killing all the cops and people in the area, until finally, they destroy him by pushing him into a pool of Anti-freeze.

Description

The movie was a little slow and boring to start off with, but it picked up after a while and soon became an enjoyable horror romp. The best bit is when he asks a bloke for a cigarette before shoving an axe through his head, and then Jack says "I only axed him for a cigarette"!
