FRIDAY 13th : The Final Chapter
Also known as Friday 13th Part 4 : The Final Chapter
Certification : (18)
Film Length : hrs
Year Made : 1984
Description :
Jasons body has disappeared from the morgue. Stolen. No. He has escaped and is leaving a trail of terror of his walk to Crystal Lake.
Enter Tommy Jarvis. He doesn't realise he will be the hero of two other F13 but he certainly is the hero of this great movie. Tommy and his family are living in a cabin near Crystal Lake. He loves anything to do with horror but something will make him change by nightfall.
A group of teenagers move in a cabin across from the Jarvis household. One by one they are slaughtered. After the massacre, it leaves Tommy and his Sister to battle against the blood-thirsty maniac. Can they stop him ?
Comments :
I and Mickey Durneme believe that this is the greatest F13 film and is one of the world's greatest horror films. It's atmosphere is sheer brilliance. The deaths are wonderfully violent (cool) and Ted White plays the role of Jason very well. I'm just in love with this film and it is a must for any horror fan. If I was to be locked away for the rest of my life and given the choice to choose one video to take with, then it would be F13 : Part 4 (The Final Chapter).
Cut-Outs :
A few cut-outs were made. Firstly, when Tommy is showing Rob around his room, he shows him how to melt a toy soldier with a magnifying glass. A toy guilotine and when they find they Mother dead. Oh, and the death of Jason. In the uncut version, you see the blade go deeper in his face.
