"When you go on vacation to Rolling Hills summer camp, you’d better be good, otherwise you could end up waving goodbye to some vital limbs" The Nightmare Vacation movies were obviously inspired by the Friday the 13ths, with a summer camp’s councellors being killed, as well as some of the campers, in fact by the end, all of the campers and staff are dead except one - Angela, the mad killer who was previously a man, played by Pamela Springsteen. A nice touch is the bit when a couple of the ‘kids’ try to scare the others by dressing up like Freddy and Jason, but unfortunately they just look stupid compared to Angela dressing up as Leatherface and hacking people up with a chainsaw. Although cheaply made, most of the deaths are inventive and funny, and the movie continues to entertain all through the duration.
