ORANGE JULIUS
1-6 oz can frozen orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Put in blender, blend on high speed until mixed. May add up to 12 ice cubes, if desired.

LEMONADE CONCENTRATE
Mix in 1 quart Jar: 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 TBSP lemon rind grated
Add: 1/2 cup boiling water
Put on lid and shake until dissolved.
Pour in 1 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Mix and chill. Serve 1/4 to 1/3 cup to ice and water. DELICIOUS

AUTUMN TEA
1-12 oz can frozen Orange juice
1-12 oz can frozen lemonade
24 cups water
1 1/2 cup sugar
Nutmeg to taste
Whole cinnamon sticks (5-6)
Bring to boil on stove and then cool. Best when made the day before. Wonderful when someone is sick with a cold.

YOUTH DELIGHT PUNCH
1-46 oz can pineapple juice
1-46 oz can grapefruit juice
1 46 oz can apricot juice
3 pkg raspberry flavor Kool Aid
2 cups sugar
Sliced: 2 Oranges, 2 Lemons, 1 Lime
1-2 liter bottle 7-up soda
Combine juices, kool aid and sugar. Stir till kool aid and sugar are dissolved. Chill thoroughly. If desired, pour part of this mixture into a ring mold and freeze for use in the punch bowl. Before serving float slices of fruit in the punch bowl and add 7 up to make it sparkle. Makes 4 gallons.

1 can (46 oz) Dole pineapple juice
3 cups apricot nectar
1 quart club soda
1 quart pineapple sherbet

1 can (46 oz) Dole Pineapple Juice, chilled
3 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1 quart ginger ale
1 lemon, sliced
Mix together in punch bowl. Makes 25 servings.

FAVORITE HOT COCOA
(from Hershey's Can)
SIX SERVINGS:
Combine 1/4 cup Cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar, dash salt in saucepan, blend in 1/3 cup hot water. Bring to boil over med heat, stirring constantly: boil and stir 2 minutes. Add 1 quart milk; stir and heat. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla. Beat with rotary beater until foamy. Serve with mini marshmallows. Yummy!!!!!!

SUN UP PUNCH
2-12oz cans pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
1-28 oz bottle ginger ale
2-7 oz bottles carbonated water
Combine juices and sugar, chill several hours. Just b/4 serving, place ice and juices in bowl. Makes 10 cups.

HOT CHRISTMAS PUNCH
4 quarts cranberry juice
4 quarts apple cider
2 cups brown sugar
12 whole cloves
8 whole cinnamon sticks
Put spices in basket, cider and cranberry juice in bottom plug in coffee pot and perk. Serve hot.

HOT CRANBERRY DRINK
3 cups cranberry juice
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp whole cloves
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
Put water and juices in percolator. Spices in basket. Heat and serve with slice of lemon.

1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup Coffeemate
3/4 cup cocoa powder
Mix and store. Makes 16 1 cup servings.
