DEC. FHE ACTIVITIES

Activities for Dec.

1. Work on a bunch of Christmas baking together as a family. Give to people you visit or home teach an elderly person. (make sure they don't have diabetes) Send cookies to a missionary. Take baked goods to a homeless shelter. Give to a new family in the ward etc.

2. Get the name of a poor person from your Relief Society President and buy a Christmas gift for each member of the family. Wrap and stick on the doorstep early Christmas Eve., without being seen.

3. Find someone to do the 12 days of Christmas with. Leave something on there door every evening without being seen for 12 days.

4. Buy a Christmas tree for someone who needs one.
5. Work at a Bishops Storehouse for a day
6. Help an elderly person with house or yard cleaning.
7. Work at a soup kitchen.

8. Donate items to the Deseret Industries, Salvation Army, MS society, local homeless shelters or womens shelters.

9. If there are "Toys for Tots", "Adopt an Angel" tree, or any other type of charity campaign of this nature, give a gift.

10.Go Christmas caroling with neighbors or ward members. Go to a rest home and have a sing along .

People Making a Difference Through Community Service, Inc. helps other charitable groups by organizing one day, hands-on community service projects and recruiting volunteers for needed work which would not be possible without volunteer help. PMD community service projects typically involve cleaning, gardening, or other hands-on work that is not clerical or fundraising in nature.
