Late Remstar's Fate

Magus awaits Remstar's arrival so that they may go hunting together..
Remstar, realizing that he is late is rushing to the Blacksmith's Guild to meet with Magus..
Magus is angered at Remstar for being late and yells at Remstar..
Magus is so angered that he decides to end Remstar's life. The chase begins..
Magus casts Energy Field in order to try and stop Remstar from fleeing. But Remstar realizes the mistake of that action..
That mistake is that Energy Fields can be dispelled. That is exactly what Remstar had in mind..
Magus casts Energy Bolt at Remstar so that he may attempt to kill him. But Remstar has resisted it due to his superior magical resistance..
Then Magus casts paralyze in order to render Remstar immobile so that he may strike upon him..
Remstar is so overcome with fear because Magus is approaching with sword equiped. Remstar attempts to call the guards, but since they're in the same guild.. Nothing happens...
Magus and Remstar are engaged in battle while a fellow stranger stands passive awaiting Remstar to die so that he may loot Remstar's corpse..
Remstar has been defeated successfully and tries to speak, but no one can understand him.. The stranger runs for Remstar's corpse..
The stranger begins to loot Remstar's body.. Remstar protests but there is nothing he can do..
5 minutes later...
When Remstar returns from the healer he notices that his corpse has been left in the middle of the road stripped of all his equipment..
Remstar complains about his death and realizes that next time he should not be late.. Although.. He was 1 minute late..
