Col. Godfrey Malbone: "List of children copied about 1888 from old Malbone Bible, now in possession of Fagge family in Brooklyn, Conn." Founder of Newport, R.I. Branch of family. Died in Newport, R.I.

Catherine Frinley: Other source list dates as b. 9-3-1723, d. 11-12-1785

Mary Bremer: Some sources list her name as Brewer.

Freelove Sophia Tweedy: Some sources give name as Frulave Sophia Tweedy.

Priscilla Delano: Florence Malbone gives name as Sowie. However others list as Delano.

Eleanor Preston: Other sources spell her name Elinor

Solomon Martin Malbone: Married his cousin, Jerusha MAlbone. Both are burried in Lakeview Cemetery in South HAven Michigan on the hill west of Mauseleum.

Evan M. Malbone: Information from a Mrs. Leod, a granddaughter says he was born 1-25-1823 or 24 and died 1-8-1883 or 84.

Jozette Hiscock: Mrs. Leod, grandaughter list alternative birthday as 1840.

Lydia Catherine Ball Waring: died of complications after the birth of Canny Lucilla, who also died two months later and is buried with her mother. Tombstone inscription says"My soul had a desire and longing to enter into the courts of the Lord."

Edmund Thomas Waring: died at five years old. In dying moments, with finger pointed upwards he exclaimed "I am going to heaven to be happy, I am. (inscription on his tombstone

Theodore Dehon Waring: From the Edmund Waring Bible - Listed in the city of Charleston 1849 and 1852 directory as Waring, T.D., Mason, 5 Gadsden Street. Served the Confederacy, the Militia Artillery, 1st Regiment, Walter's Company and later a Lieutenant in ARtillery, Walter's Comapny (Washington ARtillery). Listed in the city of Charleston 1875 directory as a clerk with Charleston Hydralic Press, residing on Broad Street.

Herbert Evan Malbone: Lived at Storm Lake, Iowa. Died in S. Dakota.

Charles Lucius Grant Malbone: Buried in Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven, Michigan, beside his wife and in same plot as his parents and children, on hill west of Mauseleum.

Lillian Elizabeth Malbone: Sources list 1888 as birth date, but this does not seem possible according to birth dates of children. Birth date could possibly be as early as 1869, although 1900 censes list as age 29. Marriage and birth records list husband as age 24 and Lillian as 19.
Dr. John Ball Waring: is burried at Strawberry Chapel in S.C. The city of Charleston Directory of 1852 lists John Ball Waring as a planter from St. Johns Parish, residing on Charkotte Street. May 20 1964; Waring PVT. Co. 2 Regiments, S.C. Enlisted July 1, 1862 Charleston, S.C. under Captin Francis T. Miles. On last available roll Aug 1864. Asin in the hands of the enemy Captured near Petersburg June 24, 1864. This company was the 1st Company, E 1st Chalreston Battalion, S.C. Infantry. Note: On State Rolls as Dr. John Ball Waring, Captured neat Petersburg, Virgina. Surrendered at Point Lookout

Hugh Rose Rutledge: was a doctor who lived in Greenville, S.C., Asst. Surgeon of Volunteers U.S. Army Sept 10, 1847; Hon. discharged on July 12, 1848 (Mexican War)

Maria Rose Rutledge: Marie was on of Dr. Hugh Rose Rutledge's daughters. She lived with her family in Greenville, S.C. She and her two sisters, Kate and Susan, came to Charleston to sell furniture and prepare 274 Calhoun Street for sale. The Hugh Rutledge family had inherited the property after the last of the family who lived there had died. Those who inherited, and sold it to Nellie T. Anderson, were Elias Ball Rutledge, Marie Rutledge, Kate Rutledge, Susan Rutledge and James Rutledge. From S.C. Historical Society Rutledgee Family File #30-4

Francis Keating Waring: 1875 Directory listed as being employed as bookkeeper for Charleston Crockery Import Company with residence at 20 Amherst Street. In 1876(77?) and 1878, he was employed by the South Carolina R.R. Co. as a ticket agent. His brothers, John and Edward, along with their widowed mother are listed at this address. He lived at the North South Columbus Street 1st West of Drake Street, Charleston (No 7 Columbus Street) with his mother and two brothers. In 1882, he was employed by the First National Bank as a bookkeeper. In 1889, Francis and brother Edward and mother were listed as living at No 7 Charlotte Street. In 1902 Francis is listed as being employed by V.C.C. Co. as a shipping clerk and living at N0. 42 Legare St. and being married (1888) to Kizzie Miles (Pickens) Waring

John Ball Waring: 1880 Census - resided at 6 Wragg Square, Charleston, N.C. In the city directory of 1875 and 1877-78 he is listed as being ruler with Walker Evans and Cogswell, residing at No 7 Columbus St. In 1880 he was employed as ruler with Ed Perry & Co, residing at No 53 East Bay Street. In 1909 he listed as a book binder, residence No. 179 Wentworth Street. In 1909 he was listed as a ruler with Daggets Printing Co, resding at 38 Savage Street

Edward Harleston Waring: Attended Porter Military Academy, Charleston S.C. He was chieg clerk of the city assessors depart. He was employed as a bookkeeper for Maybank Fertilizer Co, Charleston. The city directory of 1877-78 has residence at 20 Amherst with two brothers and a widowed mother. He is listed in 1878 as clerk. IN 1883 he is listed as clerk with South Carolina R.R. Co, residence on Alexander St. In the 1890-90 directory, his resdience is at No 7 Charlotte St. and lived there until about 1902. About that time he was with city assessor's office as chief clerk. The 1908 residence is No. 2 Glebe St. About 1912 he moved to 39 Bee St. In about 1925 he lost his job with the city assessor's office and was employed by Maybank Fertilizer as a bookkeeper. Living at 39 Bee St. at time of death.

John Alston Simons Waring: graduated from the Citadel in 1839. Served in the Army during WWII European Theater. He was Bridge Engineer for S.C. STate Hwy Dept. Member of the Association of Citadel Men

Lt. Col. Francis Malbone Waring: U.S. Airforce. Graduated from Charleston High School. Joined the Army Air Corp on September 9, 1940 with rank of 2nd Lt. MIlitary decorations. Army Commendation Medal (ACMOO, Airforce Longevity SErvice Award (AFLSA W/4 Br OCLs) June 25, 1959, National Defence Service Medal (NDSM) Airforce Reserves Medal (AFR 900-10), WWII Vicotry Medal, Airforce Commendation Medal (AFCM) AFR 900-10 Combat Readiness Award (CR w/1 OLC), go-18. He recieved special decoration on Oct. 10, 1947 from the National Government of the Republic of China, The Special Pao Ting (Tripod), Decoration. He retired form the Airforce with physical disability on Oct. 1, 1962 at Canute AFB, ILL with rank of Lt. Col. He was a member of the Episcopal Chruch of the Holy Communioon, Charleston. He served on vestry of Strawberry Chapel and had memberships in The French Huguenot Society, West Ashley Out Board Motor Boat Club, TROAA, The S.C. Historical Society, The English Speaking Uniton, The Charleston Airforce Base Officiers Club

Margaret Simons Lucus: divorced from Lt. Col. Francis Malbone Waring. She died in an automobile accident

Elizabteth Dearing Simons: emplyed by Charleston, S.C. Museum
