Prince Diamond fits his name. He's a cool, calaculating, he (like the rest of the world) is madly in love with Neo-Queen Serenity, and like all evil doers aspires to take over the world. Unlike most other Sailor Moon R and Sailor Moon bad guys Diamond's laugh is a leisurely chuckle, as if he can take control of the situation whenever it suits him. In the anime this impression is heightened by the fact that you always see him lounging in a chair with a glass of wine resting gently in his cuped hand. In the manga he is the most ruthless of all the Dark Moon evil people. He even goes so far as to kill Saphire. If it wasn't for Pluto stopping him he would have united the imperiom crystal from the present and future and in all likely hood have blown up the solar system. He's a pretty run of the mill satanic, demented creature bent on world domination.
