Obnoxious laugh Emerald. In the anime whenever that girl opens her mouth to let out the horrendous shriek of laughter everyone wants to cover their ears. Eek! In the anime she has this obession with this feathered fan, which she likes wave coquetishly before her face. She is as unkind as the rest of the Dark Moon troop, she even leave Rubeus to die. Her plan to take over Tokoyo is to plant dark crystals everywhere. It is not very effective, but then the only bad guy I can think of who had some sort of sucess rate was Zoisite. In the manga she doesn't do much; she just is there. Possibly Hecate can shed more light on her manga personality.
She has a nice outfit and fairly plausible plans, plus a good self esteem. It's too bad for her that the Sailor Scouts are always stronger.
