Hecate strikes again!
Hikaru is Minako's best friend before she switches schools.
An Amy look-alike, Hikaru doesn't serve much of a purpose
in the story, other than to occaisionally tell Minako
that she's being silly. Unlike her unofficial twin, Hikaru
is goofy from the get-go, sadly also like her unofficial
twin, she vanishes before becoming a developed character.
