Its a good question, no matter where a diabolical creature is from and no matter what their intent, they always laugh. You can tell a lot from the tone of their sounds of maliciouc mirth. Some giggle, while others chuckle, a very few gaffaw and most do a deep throated cackle. Many times the sort of laugh they produce reflects their personality. Zoistite giggles and enoys her job imensely, while on the other hand Nephlite has to wor up to an evil laugh, possibly because he keeps forgetting that he is evil. Each evil minion has distinct and personal laugh.

It is a little odd if you look at most of the badguys for Sailor Moon they do have a love interest. Nephlite loves Molly, Kunzite loves Zoisite and vise versa and Queen Beryl loves Prince Endemion. That is over half of their number. Jadeite was never given the chance and possilbly Queen Matalia does not have one, because she is the one controling everyone. It justs goes back to the fact that most of the negaverse are inherently good.
